Chapter 61: Timothy & Olivia (29 July 2012)

Proudly present THE FIRST TIME ever in Sabah using Horses as Groom's vehicle to fetch Bride. The groom and the bride signed up the second highest package. That is why we include a scnee of "DOTA vs Girlfriend" just specially for them. Hence, our wedding customers also receive good benefits from us.

The groom's parents went to search for cinematographers and thought that it would be hard to find a good one. They asked around, and people just said, "Jack's Stuff, the one who are young and energetic in creativity. You should not missed!"

They finally got my mobile number and asked me out for a drink. At first, the mother said, "We will be building a horse cart for the groom and the bride." In my mind, I was like... "Wow! This is SERIOUS~?!"

So now here it is. This is also one of the coolest wedding video in Kota Kinabalu town. Have a good time, sit down and enjoy this memorable wedding first ever in Sabah. Many people shared and commented about this wedding video in Facebook. I have been away from Malaysia for few days. When I returned back, I was shocked to know that many in Kota Kinabalu know about our hard efforts of cinematography.

Chapter 60: Timothy & Olivia Proposal

Sabah starts to have many people who dare to do extraordinary proposal. This is one of the hardest proposal we did in Kota Kinabalu. We cannot let Olivia know that we are the videographers. We stood far away and we could not let anyone know about it. So the distance we shot when Olivia were with a group walking towards Timothy was SO FAR AWAY. Where could we hide when the beach is only water and sand?

At last, we still manage to do it. And Timothy is such a naughty type who tried to have his girlfriend Olivia being trapped in this "third party" relationship. When Olivia truly believed that Timothy had a "third party" girlfriend, her heart was broken and she cried bitterly. That was when the interesting part entered in the video clip.

Congratulations to Timothy's successful proposal towards Olivia.

Chapter 59: Ket & Julia Proposal

Translation: If your boyfriend proposes to you in this way, how do you react?

This is a tremendously breakthrough video among all. I did not know why there are so many people who share this video and make it a hit in YouTube. It had been three days down the line of YouTube Most Popular lists. Perhaps I guess many people love to know many kinds of proposal? Yes, this is truly a simple and easy proposal but it takes lots of courage to do it in public.

After the proposal, they asked us whether we could be their wedding cinematographers. We were pleased to do it at first. Then when this video is uploaded, shared around Malaysia, then they confirmed their wedding date with us.

However, it is sad to say that we could not be able to shoot wedding video for Ket & Julia, because their precious date (20 October 2012) is no longer available. Our wedding customer booked fast and reserve our service at least three months ago. When we finished this proposal video, Ket and Julia asked us to be their wedding cinematographers, but this date is no available. They even ask whether we can cancel the previous customers and take theirs. I said, "First come, first served basis. I respect any of my wedding customer. I am sorry we could not do that for their sake."

Anyway, Congratulations for successful proposal. :)

Chapter 58: Alen & Joanne (21 July 2012)

Church ceremony is treated as sacred event. Everyone wants their wedding to be as sacred as possible. Alen was very serious during the marriage vow, and out of the sudden, he said, "Not to be too fast!" (In Hakka) We all burst out laughter.

People never cherish the value of videography. Indeed, to say the truth, we would prefer to keep videos rather than photos. It is because we can see the situations, the voices of our family, relatives and friends, the atmosphere of the wedding and so on.

Video, in my opinion, is far more valuable than photos. And now we educate our customers not to ONLY cherish photos, but videos too. Yes, they know the true meaning and value, and they also agree to keep their memories in video which is FOREVER in motion.

Yet the right cinematographers we must choose properly. Jack's Stuff is ALWAYS the one who do the best service in cinematography. We make sure every possibility to keep the memories in awe. We will not miss out any of wedding customers' precious moments.

Chapter 57: Mervynne & Cindy (07 Jul 2012)

Thanks Mervynne and Cindy for trusting our wedding cinematography. We always come with good ideas and also with good intentions to make both the bride and the groom to be lovely and sweet to each other. Once again, they have chosen the second highest package in our service including proposal video. 


For the first time I met them, I could know that Mervynne really loves his wife Cindy very much. And Cindy is a very understanding wife. Both of them communicate well, and learn to be respectful to each other. From this doorgame, the brothers were very helpful and faithful. They won't care how tough the games were, they just went through it.
